About the Founder

"I started SkyArt Global because I believe that the same integrity we bring to a patient’s bedside should be present in the systems that support them behind the scenes."

Rachael Amo-Mensah is the Founder of SkyArt Global Support Center and a dedicated advocate for community-driven economic growth. Currently a Registered Nursing (RN) student and a practicing Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Thunder Bay, Rachael’s career has been defined by a commitment to the highest standards of care.

Through her work on the front lines, she witnessed the immense administrative pressure placed on healthcare and service organizations. She saw an opportunity to solve two problems at once: providing professional, ethical support to busy organizations, while creating a bridge to meaningful careers for Indigenous talent and newcomers in Northern Ontario.

SkyArt Global is the result of her perseverance and her vision for a more inclusive, resilient workforce in Thunder Bay.
